Meant to Be
Why is The Meant Studio "meant to be" for me?
First, my fun friend, Alex of Freely Fin, came up with this awesome title and hashtag. Puns for life.
Second, I'm currently at my first day coworking, and I've had Methodical Coffee, a mini photo shoot, and a time to write and create in a vibrant space.
Third, and most importantly, Hannah Mckeel. The force behind Mckeely Creative and The Meant Studio. We've only been friends for a little over a month, and I've already gained creative inspiration from her presence, through our coffee dates, our coworking, and our shared sense of collaboration.
"Beginning with the end in mind." A quote straight from Hannah. In my stories of serendipity, I never know what is going to happen. How far have I come since my beginning? How far will I go in my future? All of these are unknown, and that excites me.
Remember my post about Striving for Serendipity? Here's a recap in my three tips to strive for serendipity:
- Find your lucky strike of the day, every day.
- Plan to be present and aware of your space.
- Expect and embrace that the unexpected will happen.
Recently, I've been taking a break from Instagram to create more content for all of you, to connect with more creatives, and to write more words. Simple, right? Locating the photo locations, coming up with ideas for blog posts, and finding the elusive muse all take time.
The life of creativity is one of exploration. What would you like to explore? Where do you channel your creativity? A few things to ponder for the next week.
Lucky Strike of the Day: I had a fabulous lunch at White Duck Taco Shop (also located in Hampton Station) with Hannah, Joanne, Alex, and Natalie. Show them some love on Instagram!
